Milgard Ultra Double Casement w/Center Picture Window Reviews

Received a call from the repair person to let me know he was on his way. Showed up at the scheduled time. Wore booties while in the house. Came in, did the work, took away old windows. Left a clean area both inside and outside the house. Very professional.

We were very happy to have the glass replaced. Our service tech, Rudy was fast, tidy, on time (early actually) and efficient. He even cleaned the windows really well after setting. He also had parts that had broken off on a couple of the casements and got them working right.The only negative was having to wait 2 months for the service call. I am in a related business with art glass. I always recommend Milguard and have replaced every window and door in our home with them.

the lead time from when I first start and until completion date was 8 weeks. Seems really long

I had a great in-home service done by field tech Anthony and co-worker. They were professional, called before arrival and addressed problem with deadbolt I was having. Very satisfied with Milgard's service and my sliding door!

Even though it took from December to March to get the new window, it looks great. It wasn't Milgard's error, it was the company we purchased the windows from. She gave Milgard the wrong window number. So, now is all fixed and working great.Milgard has a wonderful warranty! Thanks!

Scheduling the appointment for service took several months for them to come out...ridiculous. But, once they got here they were great.

Ramon was the service tech and he is impressively knowledgeable and professional! Knows what he is doing and what seemed impossible to me was a breeze to Ramon ! Just amazing ! He's a mature serious to his job individual!

After 10 yrs of owning my Milgard windows , Ramon walked out leaving my windows functioning as good or better then when new!!! Thx Ramon!! He deserves a promotion to training others on how true Milgard tech should be !!

Sorry Milgard has made so many of our windows with very poor workmanship. I do appreciate Milgard’s warantee but having had approximately 18 windows replaced over 5.5 years of our newly remodeled house seems rediculous. Worst part is the contract companies that Milgard represents to do their work with no care or concern with replacing our windows. Left messes, scratched our floors and put windows back together with stripping not lined up correctly and weather stripping showing.

On the whole, near to Excellent; 4x5.

My only reservation is the multiple in-home calls to get resolved. However, the people were all OUTSTANDING.

Of course, the longevity of 6 the replacement capsules is to be seen. and that leads to THE question:

As the owner of record on the date thats these 6 units were installed, and each showing a MFG date after 2005:

Will further warranty / lifetime be honored, should any of these 6 develop a loss seal, and become fogged?

The website was not functioning & on phone service took longer than I thought it should but after about 2 months the service tech arrived and was thorough, neat, friendly, did excellent work & was professionally & unnecessarily apologetic about timing delays. Reinforced my faith & satifaction with Milgard over 40 years on 5 residential properties!

I t took a couple of phone calls to get all the way through to getting an appoint meant. When the service man came to my house he was excellent. Well worth the wait . He replaced the active door and ironed out a couple of other details. Thoroughly professional . And pleasant.
