Excellent response from Milgard. They had original measurements and all details after 10 years. Set appointment for replacement within a three hours period.Kept appointment on time, bringing replacement window with them, and installation was completed within 30 minutes. Could not have had better service! Prompt, courteous, cheerful, skilled, and efficient. They obviously enjoyed working for the company, and their attitude, attire, and equipment could not have been better!

I've lived in my custom-built home for seventeen years. My sliding door window had clouded over due to a problem with the window seal. I was absolutely thrilled that Milgard stands by the quality of their windows and replaced the sliding door windows at NO Charge! The technicians were efficient and skilled. I Purchased on the Milgard windows for my home about three years ago. Woke up the other morning and noticed one of them had a giant crack in it. I called tje Midgard rep who came out a couple days later take a look at it. He said it would be covered 100% through my warranty. A few weeks later guy showed up in 10 minutes replaced a huge 9 foot window by himself. He was fast courteous and professional. Super impressed

The product is so great that I don’t call often but when I do the service has been wonderful. The representatives on the phone are knowledgeable and friendly and the service people are on time and do their jobs quickly and cleanly, they’ve never left a mess. One thing I would like is for the response time between my phone call and the service to be quicker.

The initial contact was great but timing from initial contact to installation was really too long but very happy with the final result.

Great service.... 4 windows replaced with no questions asked. Warranty service is exceptional.

Windows screens were ordered the wrong size again. A representative called me over the phone after this service call to let me know they would be mailing them so that they would arrive quicker. I called today because I was suppose to have already received my screens and they informed me that they forgot to mail them out. I am frustrated with Milgard because it shouldn’t be this difficult to get my window screens.

I would recommend Milgard to anyone looking for new windows. And I'll definitely use Milgard when I build again. Two reasons for this: excellent product and lifetime warranty (as long as you own the home). I needed a couple windows and doors replaced, and they did it at no cost to me. Impressive. I've shared my experience with many.

We had a window that would not close tightly and was creating a very cold bedroom. We have had service technicians out from Milgard previously for other issues and each time the team has been splendid, and efficient, knowledgable! The window issue was fixed and no more cold drafts! Thank you!

First off, I was pleased at how quickly Milgard scheduled a repair appointment once they were notified of the issue. They sent two competent service technicians, Paulino and Mark, who arrived between the time frame we were given. Both were very polite and professional, completing the replacement of the large glass in our bay window efficiently and quickly. Thank you Milgard for standing behind your products in a manner that is unfortunately too rare these days.

From start to finish, the service experience was excellent. Recommend them highly.

Takes forever to get an appointment. If you are lucky your window will come the right size and not broken. If it is broken you will wait another month or so. Phone rep was supposed to call the week before to set up closer appointment time for that day which never happened. Every service tech I have had are great. But why do these windows fail so often? My windows are 9 yrs old and already had four replaced !! I don't see this high failure rate in other brands. May need to think twice when I do my other home !!
