My window frame is cracked/broken. This does not allow me to open the window. I was told a window was being ordered in October 2017, called customer service I think in November 2017. I have not heard anything about my replacement window although, I was told it would take about a month. I would appreciate some information on when my window will be replaced. Thank you

So far, we've had 5 window panes replaced during 2 service visits. The entire process, from the initial phone call to and including the actual service call, is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I am so glad we had Milgard windows installed during the construction process, even though the decision was our builder's. That was 26 years ago. So, clearly Milgard stands by it's product, and does so cheerfully!

Dont Install Milgard windows for your house because they don't stand behind their warranty. I have to call 3 times to correct the problem and they keep saying these windows are not design for Heavy winds and heavy rains then why are you selling these products to the customers and charging them $13000 for 7 Windows . Stay away from their products or advertise prices.

Milgard stands behind its products. Its why we chose them. Took some time for them to make it out but, once they did, they professionally took care of everything.

First service took a mo th from contact to replacing door. Glass window did not arrive and scheduled for a later date. Rolled into February. Contacted day of installation that all windows were broken and would need to reschedule. Rescheduled priority one week later. Approximately 3 months from reporting to install.

Service tech was nice and knowledgeable however left a little mess of removed tape and glue on roof area (under window) and on driveway around where his truck was parked. A little more attention to detail would be advised here.

Best service call I've ever had! The guys were on time, replaced my window, and took the time to adjust two other new window installs, even though that wasn't on the service order. They also advised me how to upgrade my sliding door handles to locking handles, and gave me a card to order them. Professional and courteous in every way. I'm so glad I bought Milgard windows! The anodized bronze Aluminum windows look fantastic on my house.

My experience with Milgard service was a disaster. We needed to have a door hardware replaced and 4 windows that had moisture in between the panes. From my initial call to the time everything was finally repaired was 6 months.

I worked with the Hollister Service Department and reaching them literary required spending 20-30 minutes on hold before a live person would come on. From there, an appointment was schedule for a tech to come take a look. Equipment was ordered and a replacement day scheduled. The tech called out sick. Finally back on the books months later and the tech shows up with door hardware but not windows .. says glass was sent to the wrong office. He says the Hollister Service Department will call me on Monday to reschedule. Of course, they don't so I have to call them to follow-up. Another long period on hold before I can talk to someone to reschedule. They end up ordering new glass and for some reason this seems to be the best option. Appointment schedule for another 6 weeks out to replace glass. Repair tech scheduled to arrive between 1:30-3:30pm but does not show until 5:30pm. He replaces 2 piece of glass and has 2 more to do when he asks if he can come back on Monday. It's 7:30pm at this point but I beg him to stay knowing the likelihood of him coming back. He agrees and finishes at 9pm. I hope I never have to deal with an issue like this again and that this is helpful to avoid similar experiences for your other customers.

The technician confirmed that the pane had lost its seal and removed it easily and neatly. The new pane is picture perfect and restored our view.

If it had not taken so long to get a serviceman I would have been completely been satisfied.
